Scared to start? Good. That means it matters.
Every owner you admire was once standing exactly where you are, with an idea, a knot in their stomach and no map. Brandon was 20 when he started his first company, with no clue what to do. He learned the hard way, so you don’t have to.
Every fear has a first step.
“I don’t know where to start.”
You get your first 10 steps, in order, in writing. Do step one tomorrow.
“I’m scared to lose money.”
We test the idea before you spend big, and start lean, with free tools wherever we can.
“Is my idea any good?”
We check who buys it, what they pay and who you’re up against, so you know before you leap.
“I’ve never run anything.”
Neither had Brandon at 20. You get the playbook he had to build from scratch.
“The legal stuff scares me.”
LLC, EIN, bank account, insurance: a plain checklist and help with every step.
“I don’t have time.”
Keep your job. We build the plan around the hours you actually have.
I learned the hard way, so you don’t have to.
“I launched my first company at 20. Since then I’ve built companies from $0 to eight figures in under three years, grown teams from 2 to 30+, risen from project manager to VP, and made every hard call an owner makes: payroll, cash crunches, banks, crews, safety inspections.
Whatever you’re up against, I’ve probably been there. And if I haven’t, I know how to find the way through. You don’t need another app or another lecture. You need someone who has sat in your chair.”

From idea to open for business.
Start with the session. If you keep going, the $299 counts toward either launch. State filing fees and your domain are paid directly by you, at cost. Special situations, like owners outside the U.S. or licensed trades, are quoted after your session.

Week 3 · Get found
Your domain, a simple one-page starter site and your Google Business Profile, so customers can find you.
Week 4 · Land customers
Your prices, your pitch and a plan for your first 10 customers. Then you open.
Straight answers for first-timers.
I don’t have a business yet. Can you still help?
Yes. Start Your Dream is built for exactly that: an idea, or just the itch, and no idea where to begin.
What if my idea isn’t any good?
Then you find out in 90 minutes for $299, not after you’ve spent your savings. Most ideas need a tweak, not a funeral.
Do I need money saved up?
Less than you think. We start lean: a simple starter site, a free Google Business Profile and a plan to land paying customers before you spend big.
Can I keep my job while I start?
Most people do. We build the plan around the hours you actually have.
How do I start an LLC in Michigan?
Pick a name, file Articles of Organization with the State of Michigan (the state fee is $50), get your free EIN from the IRS, then open a business bank account. In the Open for Business package we walk you through every step and make sure nothing is missed.
Can you help me start a business outside Michigan?
Yes. We work by video with first-time owners in every state. Filing steps and state fees vary a little by state, and we handle the differences with you.
How long does it take to start a business?
Most owners are officially set up within a week or two, and open for customers within 30 days on the Full Launch.
